Cancellation Policy for Dyeism
At Dyeism, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To accommodate all our clients and ensure efficient scheduling, we have established the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellations up to 48 Hours Before Appointment: You may cancel your appointment at no cost if done at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time.
- Cancellations Within 48 Hours of Appointment: If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, a fee of 50% of the appointment's total cost will be charged.
- No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the appointment's total cost.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid any charges.
